We have been at Kingfisher House for approximately 1 year and we are very pleased with the service we receive from Amy and her team. We moved into our newly decorated offices and was delighted to find brand new desks, new chairs and other new storage furniture included within our monthly package. In addition, Amy and her team professionally meet and greet our candidates & clients when they visit us.

Kingfisher House and its management team has been the perfect partner for VFS Legal Funding since its inception in 2011.

From small beginnings in a basic 2-desk office, the space and facilities provided at Kingfisher House have evolved with the company, enabling us to grow and develop without having either to change address regularly or to over-resource in the short-term to accommodate potential future requirements.

Seven years and five office spaces later we are still with Kingfisher House, but now in an office accommodating 11 personnel, with full telephony, internet and IT networking facilities provided by Kingfisher. Moving offices within the building has always been an easy process, with smooth transition of services. The recent refurbishment has also ensured the facilities are ready to cater for the needs of SMEs many years into the future.

Amy and the rest of the team at Kingfisher House are always keen to listen to our requirements and quick to assist in providing solutions. They provide a positive front-of-house image for corporate visitors, as well as helping to promote a feeling of community amongst Kingfisher House’s tenant businesses through a variety of social meetings and events.

We were the first business to move into Kingfisher House when it was turned into serviced offices, and after moving away for a period of time we moved back 3 years ago. The location is great for us, but in particular we are impressed with the attitude of the reception staff who have an extremely helpful approach.

Also, the new owners, having spent a considerable amount of money on much needed improvements, have made Kingfisher House a nicer place to work. Visitors to our offices are invariably impressed by the quality of the building, which can only serve to enhance our image.

The newly renovated business offices and facilities here at Kingfisher House Business Centre are located at the very heart of Bromley town centre and offer a fresh, bright and attractive working environment. It is complete with a brand-new state of the art climate control system to ensure that the office temperature remains stable and pleasant inside even when the weather outside is extreme.

Courteously staffed by Business Centre Manager Amy and her in-house team, consisting of Anna and Serena, our business needs and requirements are always efficiently attended to. From welcoming our clients at reception, assisting with IT issues or even just the simpler but equally important things such as fielding overflow calls during busy peak business times, nothing is ever too much trouble.

The boardroom offers a quiet and spacious environment to host those all-important business meetings and the kitchens are always kept both clean and well stocked.  Ample onsite parking is available for employees and plenty of on-street parking directly outside the Business Centre means that valued clients or guests alike will not have difficulty in attending your business for those often-vital face to face meetings.
